time. if ever. because it's a problem caused by this rate increase in a very, very, very short period of time. know one way to solve it would be the fed would also reduce rates in a very quick rate and -- that never happened, not even one. so really stuck in the overall policy situation of simply printing too much money and this is how you pay the price. this is not great for the incumbent in the white house. how the inflation never but there's nothing you can due to change it by november. nothing is going to change by november now. it's in. that's all you can do and so hopefully the fed will cut rates at some point but i don't see it happening this year. >> sandra: but saving up for that down payment is harder arguably harder than it has ever been with those high prices. in the stuff to stock a way money when you're paying 40-50% more progress prices the menu or three years ago, 2025% more for a grocery
