I feel it will be like privacy online, it does not exist. It's like the Wild West out there, and our identities are up for grabs. We need laws to protect us from being impersonated or manipulated by AI.

This is a very interesting question. I am updating by Comm Law materials and have been following this case closely. Protecting name and likeness will be an important step in developing ethical AI. It is a balance that society needs to insist that Silicon Valley navigates.
