I have been here three times, twice to get my hair highlighted by Tiffany and recently to get it cut and Stacey made herself available to help me. Both do an amazing job, professional, courteous and listen to what you actually want. I haven't had a haircut I was fully satisfied with in years and Stacey went above and beyond. Britt is the best. I will only let her touch my hair. She made my hair look so good. Got balayage. Can't wait to go back for my second dye appointment. If you want your hair done, go to her. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the service and experience we had today at Bubbles in Hollymead Town Center. My daughter's hair got caught in a mixer yesterday at my MILs. It ripped a huge chunk out leaving a bald spot, and between the loose hair, the eggs and sugar, and the entanglement around the mixer, she ended up with a large matted clump. I spent 2 hours this morning soaking her hair in everything I could think of, tediously trying to work through it. We both needed a break so we went to Sweet Frog then walked over to Bubbles. We had no appointment. They immediately took us in. Andrea was our main stylist and she worked for another 2 hours trying to detangle her hair. Almost every stylist in the salon helped at some point, either with products and suggestions, or rolling up their sleeves and diving in. They worked tirelessly and never once pushed me to just give up and cut it. They were so sweet to my daughter, who even fell asleep as they tried hot water and about a million products I've never even heard of. When I finally said let's just cut it - Andrea was super careful to take the bare minimum needed and to ensure her hair blended well enough to cover up that area. And after 2 hours of nonstop labor on a 4 year old's hair, they only charged me $25 (?!) That was some of the most amazing customer service and human compassion I've ever seen. Thank you so much.

I walked in at the last minute--needing to get my hair colored before I had my second baby (which was any minute.) Ashley took great care of me and made my hair look great. It will last because I'm getting ready to be very low on extra "me" time! Thanks Bubbles and Ashley!
